###### microwave **1**. Remove sleeve and peel back film to line shown. **2**. Microwave for 90 seconds on full power [900W]. **3**. Leave to stand for 90 seconds. ###### steam [colander or sieve] **1**. Line colander/sieve with greaseproof paper & place above a pan of softly boiling water. **2**. Place big’bao in colander/sieve, cover with a lid. **3**. Steam for 15 mins. ###### Please always be careful of hot steam when removing big’bao. For guidance only, cooking appliances will vary.
