itsu soy sauce is made from a 2000 year recipe by a traditional Japanese brewer, and the miso paste is prepared with authentic ingredients from the Nagano Valley in Japan. The in-house teriyaki is a unique blend of ingredients highlighted by fresh ginger. 

We source our fresh chicken from British farms with a welfare policy that adheres to our Better Chicken Commitment. We always steam our nutrient-packed veggies and look to the Rainforest Alliance farms for the cocoa that goes in our chocolaty delights.
