Dr Emma says
This rice bowl is high in protein due to the chargrilled chicken. You'll also find steamed brown rice in this dish. Brown rice is full of fibre which helps to keep the digestive system working health[ier]. The bran layer in brown rice contains important minerals including calcium, magnesium and zinc. Calcium and magnesium are vital for good musculoskeletal health, and zinc supports the immune system to work at its best. On top of your rice you'll find 2 heaped scoops of itsu's green and ginger mix. The chefs at itsu call it 'g&g' - l love it, it's an easy and delicious way of following one of my favourite 'rules' of food - eat the rainbow. Pepper, edamame, peas, ginger, mint, coriander.
