Dr Emma says

"The seed covered salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids [DHA & EPA], essential fats for a healthy functioning brain. Magnesium [present in the pumpkin seeds] is important for muscle and nerve function, and vitamin E [present in sunflower seeds] is important for skin health. This new salad is also packed with micronutrients and fibre thanks to the bed of brown rice, and 11 different vegetables.
