Dr Emma says

"This dish has 7 different micronutrient rich vegetables with potential health-promoting effects and flavonoid-rich spinach which may have positive effects on heart health. The bran layer of brown rice contains calcium and magnesium which are vital for good musculoskeletal health. This dish is also topped with mineral and vitamin-rich seeds - magnesium found in pumpkin seeds is important for muscle and nerve function, vitamin E in sunflower seeds is important for skin health."
