Our fully funded classroom takeovers are 90-minute sessions designed for Year 4 students. Our YK leader and their buddies travel the country turning classrooms into kitchens.

The takeover begins with game-based discussions about what healthier means, the 5 Food Groups, where veg comes from and the specific benefits of vitamins & minerals.

Every student is given a cookbooklet and kit'bag with the ingredients needed for recipe #1 super power noodles. Together we peel, chop, grate and spiralise fresh veg ready to take home.

The apron awards sees three students recognised for their precision, use of colour and chef skills before we race together to turn our kitchen back into a classroom again.
